[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][tz-section-title title=”We are here for YOU”][vc_column_text]You must want to live a healthy and long life?

You want to save the environment while doing that?

What If you could save money along the way?

Would you like the fact that you would be helping to support a brand that has equality, charity and green values written all over?

That is what Caring Panda is about. Family owned business that wants to help directly instead of putting the money to the operating costs of big charities.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”95px”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ offset=”vc_hidden-xs”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][tz-section-title title=”Our Story”][vc_column_text]Please read our story, why we are making educational content on our site, and why we are here.

We are Antti and Nina, with our daughter Nella.
We have also two other team-mates called Sandee and Razel.
Razel writes our in-depth articles and Sandee designs the graphics.

It all started from some documentaries. One was ‘The Zeitgeist’ on YouTube, the other was from Netflix a documentary of three young students “Living on One Dollar” and the YouTube video ‘Truth about Money

Please check these out yourself, for us they had an never fading mark.

We started to think about our lives, the shortness of it. Then I said ‘Think about the day when you die, our grandchildren are around and they ask: Grandpa/Grandma what did you do with your life?’

We realized at that time, our life was about work and sleep. we woke up, went to work, drove back to home and went to sleep.

We decided that we want to help others, but not through the traditional charities. We want to help more directly.

We just had to find a way.

We used to have hot summers of 28*C each summer. Now it is barely 18*C. Thanks to the climate change.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][tz-section-title title=”The Initial plan”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1518982075835{margin-bottom: 135px !important;}”]We decided that our way would be to donate something physical, something that was useful and long-lasting. In the end, We’d like to help by being physically present, in order to help.

Then we watched the ‘Cowspiracy’ and we had a strong urge to help the world that we live in. We thought about the side of educating people through the internet. And started from there.

As it often happens, things evolve, and we realized that we couldn’t afford to help people without any income.

We thought about the different freelance gigs and part-time jobs. My profession is that I’m an electrician. Soon I realized that there are no employers who would hire a part-time electrician. Job renting firms wouldn’t be accepting a worker that might not accept the work offered.

So we had to create another plan. You mustn’t give up, no matter the negativity that other people give and the obstacles that the society throws at you.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][tz-section-title title=”Our Current Plan”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1517756681431{margin-bottom: 135px !important;}”]Our final plan was to create products that are sustainable and environmentally friendly, so that we all could get rid of the disposable products that people are currently using. This would in the end, hopefully provide such income that we could concentrate on the charities and sustainable lives around the world.

So this is where we currently stand. We have had the privilege to help the Safe House at Mugumu in Mara northern Tanzania by providing menstrual pads to them. This happened through the Rev Glenn Coggins from The Parish of St Michael’s, East Ardsley.

So the change is happening as you read this ‘biography’ of Caring Panda.

People are buying our products, stopping the use of disposable products, helping the planet at the same time and providing the means for us to help others.

Talk about win-win situation.

So this is where we’re at, trying to change the world slowly but surely, reader after reader.

Please share this text and our mission at Caring Panda if you find that our health and planet is worth your time and effort.

Yours

Antti Lehtinen (Andy) and Nina Tarvonen
